Gern was a brown eagle and Morbin Blackhawk's chief lieutenant, as well as a member of the Six.
Biography[]
Gern was mentioned as the architect of the Afterterrors and as having led the Lords of Prey who attacked First Warren.[1] Gern attended a meeting of Morbin's war council and was a leader in the army that attacks Rockback Valley.[2] Gern took charge of the search for Sween Longtreader after she was heard singing in Morbin's lair. Like the other members of the Six, he had a statue in his image atop one of the Seven Standing Stones in First Warren.[3] Together with the other members of the Six, Gern led all of the Lords of Prey against the rabbits in the Siege of First Warren. He was killed along with one of his compatriots by either Jo Shanks or Helmer.[4]
Physical appearance[]
Gern was a brown eagle with a splash of white showing around the edges of his black helm. He wielded a short sword and a spiked hammer.
